On the roots, I used a metal blade, believe it or not. That's all I had at the house, so I figured "what the hell?" and it worked out. It was a Milwaukee Torch blade I used.
Carpet In = Project Finished?

No, I still need to finish the molding. I didn't want to put molding down before carpet. I'm weird, but I think it looks better that way. Also need to trim a couple doors now too. The carpet touches the bottom.

Mustang Mileage - In the years that I've had the Vortech on the car, I've never clocked the mileage. I don't know if 175 miles is enough to get a good idea of average performance, but I got 23 MPG on a drive to Greeley yesterday. I think that's not bad for a supercharged V8 putting out something in the neighborhood of 475 HP.

It's been a long time since I paid any attention to the MPG's that I get in the Mustang. That's pretty dang good though!

I'm pretty excited. I got tickets to see Sons of Apollo on January 28th. One of my favorite guitarists is opening for them. If the drummer in this video (Aquiles Priester) is the drummer on this tour, I will get to see my favorite drummer/musician (Mike Portnoy), and another top 5 favorite in the same night.

I am also going to GNR on October 29th. I hope Axl stays with them long enough for me to mark GNR off my bucket list, LOL.

I read somewhere that Priester was a soccer player in Brazil, went to a music festival and decided he wanted to play drums instead. Must be nice.

The Dude is amazingly talented. He makes it look easy too. I get a kick out of him when he chews gum when he plays.

I've got the Mustang keeping an eye on the project today, lol.
