Well the 2010 with 46,000mil was to good to pass up.
In 04, Ford simplified their radio systems and it caught on thru the line. They all use a multi pin grey connector. It fits from the Escort/Focus on up. Same plug. You can find any Ford with the square faced radio, and use that harness schematic. I found a simple one for the ST listed below. This plug also runs redundant audio controls, but with these heads, if they are not set up for controls, they won't work. I have a factory navigation head in my Mustang that came from a Sable. I wanted redundant audio, and had to set up a new harness to make it work, but it does.

What flunks in Utah?
I only see two Virginia violations and possibly more depending on how the rack lights are wired, etc.
Of course, actual cops seem to be able to find many things when they wish .

I assume the license is not blacked out on the actual truck, That would be three violations.

Any tread rubber out past the fender is a violation in probably ANY state. Some states and cops enforce it. Some don't.

Thanks AK

What sucks is ford uses CAN to control ACC delay and Steering wheel controls. So I will need to buy a 60 dollar converter if I want to retain those.

Would be here too if he had fender flares covering the tires, and mud flaps.
