I like your new pet, AK, but probably not very cuddly.

A couple guys are work got them...

Speaking of guys at work, I work with a BIG Toyota Tacoma fan. He just bought his 7th or 8th Tacoma. He was telling me and some others at work that he absolutely hates it. Then I heard stories about 3 more people with 2017-2019 Taco's that can't stand them. I found this to be pretty surprising.
Yeah I was looking at the continental A/Ts

Jbrew I remember you talking a lot about load ranges on truck tires for our trucks.... take me to school lol.
My TSRs are D these continentals are Es.... how's my ride going to differ? Or do I just need to make sure I run the Es at a higher PSI?

Almost forgot... was it you 2100 that told me about Evapo-Rust? I wish I woulda taken before pics, because it did wonders on this timing pointer. I put it in there fully expecting that I was going to be buying another one. It was entirely rusted up, and now look. I also dropped these rusty bolts (below) in, and they came out nice as well....

2100, I did decide to go with something a little different. They are Dick Cepek Trail Country EXPs and have what I would call a hybrid tread design and work pretty well off road. At around 70% of what the Toyos would have cost me if they last past the 45k treadwear warranty I will be very happy. I'm at 10k now and see no real visible signs of wear yet.

Yep! That stuff is literally sent from the heavens lol. Heard about it over on FTE working on my Highboy, wish I would've found it sooner. It's amazing!

Awesome I'll look into those. I didn't mind my TSRs and they lasted 60k but I wasn't personally thrilled with rain/snow traction. So I definitely am wanting to try something else

So far in the rain these aren't phased but I doubt I'll be able to get you any snow reviews anytime soon here in SC. Lol

I didn't even know that black circle thing was black. I still haven't figured out WTH that is for?

EDIT: JP, how are those DC's with road noise? They look noisy....
