Last time I was at my local yard they had a couple of Audi's and an M3. I've got to pick up a some electric fans and I can check on the steering racks if you're interested. I'm considering a electric pump for the steering gear with my swap. Every mechanical pump mounting choice for the coyote involves compromises I'd prefer not to make. I'm not fond of the feel the electric systems to go that route and the available crossmember for mounting a rack is less than optimal unless I put it in front of the linkage which would be more of a PITA than it's worth.

My Yaris has electric steer... and it is awesome. I have seen some that say they are for a Ford Escape. Must be for a Hybrid. Mine both have regular pumps.

Where are you located? I am about 35 miles west of Salt Lake City.

Alright guys I know we ask this every so often but now it's my turn... what tires y'all recommend.... jp didn't you just get some new tires you were happy with? I won't be in swampy fields/ thick woods everyday but I deal with my fair share of mud... looking for a good all around tire. Currently have 315/70R17 Kelly safari TSRs. Came with the truck 6yrs and 60ish thousand miles later I'm down into the red on my tread gauge.

I can honestly say that I absolutely love my Antares A7's that I put on mine. They have way better traction than my Nexen's did. They ride quiet too. However, I don't believe they make them in your size. For a good all around tire in your size, I have heard great things about the Continental Terrain Contact A/T's. A couple guys are work got them...

Speaking of guys at work, I work with a BIG Toyota Tacoma fan. He just bought his 7th or 8th Tacoma. He was telling me and some others at work that he absolutely hates it. Then I heard stories about 3 more people with 2017-2019 Taco's that can't stand them. I found this to be pretty surprising.

I'm in Michigan but that shouldn't matter. I don't know if the cars had EPS, EAPS or EHPS but around here certain makes are hard to come by in the salvage yards. Audi's and BMW's usually go out as complete cars to shops that deal with these makes as soon as one shows up. It's hard to find these cars that are being parted out but that's all the salvage yard I use does. We do have thunder storms for the next 3 or 4 days. I'm not going to crawl in the mud.
