If you have a 2019, then you're on Sync 3. That is not my area of expertise, but from what I have read poking around, you have to download the update from Ford and install it if you want it to stop showing that message.

I can see they updates several modules. That message indicates whatever they were trying to accomplish with the module updates was not done, so they did a master reset of the system which is why you're truck is no longer connected to Fordpass and why you got that message.

Driver Monitoring System
- Your driver monitoring system has been upgraded, reducing false eyes-off warning when you are using hands-free feature for a more enjoyable drive
24-PU0105-CMR-FX

Update installation required to park and shutdown the truck.
I do park my truck close to house and it does connect to WiFi.

That update replaced CMR update 6.13.0 and fixed bluecruise for vehicle which had BC broken by 6.13.0. Wifi is not needed for this OTA.

Default tailgate after update

So during a recall they fixed the tailgate where it wouldn't open without a double tap, after last update I noticed my tailgate didn't open from the outside, opened from inside then outside worked, but it didn't take a double tap anymore, just one push. Anyone else?

My truck appears to be behind on updates.
Just received the Nov 2023 Priority Update 23-PU1103-NAT-VCE the other night.
I just bought the truck (new) last Friday and the dealer said it was up to date. Apparently not.
