Finally received another update after nothing since October. It may have been a coincident but Monday I was looking at settings and my WIFI was turned off, maybe by an update. I turned WIFI back on, it reconnected without me entering the password so that was all saved. Two days later I received an update.

Another interesting fact about this update. When it first showed up I tried to manually start it and it failed, I assume for battery charge. I put it on the charger with the intention of removing the charger and closing the hood last night but forgot to remove it. The update completed successfully anyway even with the hood open. I'm pretty sure in the past it was a requirement that the hood be latched as I had an update fail for this reason.

I received a notice this morning that I have an update available and that my truck may be unavailable for 40 minutes once the update starts. Any idea what new updates are coming out that take that long? My truck has been keeping up to date (I've had a few since 6.8, including 2 last week), so I know it is not one of the older long duration updates. I'm a little concerned about battery charge, and thought about putting the charger on, but decided to risk it since I had a couple of 20 minute drives this morning before starting the update.

Edit: Update successful; it was windows, mirrors, and locks control update. Apparently it was for the "window bounce" issue some folks are having, though my vehicle never experienced the condition.

The dealer replaced the gateway module and apim a couple weeks ago and the updates have been flowing after being in OTA purgatory. How far behind am I now still?

Just received 22-PU0706-SHC-POPA on the 15th.

Really hoping to get caught up and finally receive full screen CarPlay soon.

Technically, you're only a few power-up updates away from full screen, there is just no way of knowing when they will send them.

Yay. Thanks rugedraw for the info. How many until I'm up to date?

@rugedraw Hello again. Wondering if you could recheck the status and when my last update was. I spoke with Customer Service about a month ago and they said after trying some simple options to update to take the vehicle into the dealership for further evaluation. The service team stated they were able to push the updates without any additional repairs needed.

Nothing seems updated. Any help is appreciated.

PTS is partially down and I cannot pull up the OTA dashboard. Remind me again later if I forgot to come back to this.

Dropped mine off at the dealer this morning. They said they would do the updates for me since it’s so far behind.
