March 9 - Priority Update - Connectivity
"Smart Changes"
Refinement to improve connectivity (and collect even more data about you and your driving)
23-PU1113-UNX-DC

Interestingly, none of the 2024 updates shows up under Message Center, even though last year updates are still there.

Yes, I noticed the same...and when I had Rugedraw checked, and even thought it showed implemented in the Software Updates screen section of the truck, it was still awaiting in FDRS.

Boy I was hoping to avoid this thread! Seems I am stuck and constantly getting the “The update was postponed because it was interrupted by another process.”

Attempting Priority Update 23-PU0110-RAD-PS

Just doesn’t actually tell me what that other process is… I am gunna guess battery?

You are correct. You currently have two active OTA triggers in your queue. After this one, 23-PU1113-UNX-DC will attempt to install. When the current update tried to install this morning, this is what it reported to the cloud:

"errorCode":"InhibitRequiredHvNotQualifiedLvLow(20 4)""totalLvBatteryCapacity":"26""currentLvBatteryD ataQuality":"OK""currentLvBatteryVoltage":"12""cur rentLvBatterySoc":"51""currentLvBatteryTemperature ":"24""dynamicPostUpdateSocThreshold":"41""estimat edTimeToActivate":"420""estimatedTimeIncludingRoll back":"648""currentDrainRate":"9"

Your capacity is very low at 26 of 70 and charge is low at 51 of 100.

My 2022 Tremor has had an update in the queue for at least three weeks. It won't update at the "scheduled" time and it won't manually update. On top of that, the Sync screen seems to have decided to default to the "Settings" page. Not sure what to do, but I sort of want to avoid the dealer. I haven't tried the Factory Reset yet, and I do have a copy of Forscan available if that is required. Thanks!

My updates seem so slow. I’m on sync version 22177_PRODUCT revision: 473. Last update stated was 22-PU0706-SCH-POPA, up from 2.6.0. According to the spreadsheet that was posted, it’s like it skipped several and jumped. If that is the case, it is a welcome change. I just wish Ford would make it easier to update instead of playing this waiting game.

That update you got is also old. Starts with 22 so it's from 2022. As far behind as you are, it will take the OTA process a long time to get you current. I would advise you consider going the mongoose/fdrs route.

Does it have to be a mongoose cable? I’ve seen other brand cables, but I don’t know the reliability difference between them.

Do not get anything other than a Mongoose unless it is more expensive than a Mongoose. I have some I loan out here if you don't want to buy your own, but the waiting list is 6-8 weeks now.
