Fingers crossed , I'm about to go drive it to see it in action
Do you see lane change assist and predictive speed toggle switches in your driver assist menu? Remember that lane change assist works when you tap the turn signal and not when you engage it fully.

No I don't(yet, do I possibly need to master reboot the APIM?) it definitely is a LOT more "aggressive", in regards to the lane centering portion but it is basically functioning same as before.

Hmmm. You can try, but I doubt resetting the APIM will add the toggle switches. I think an APIM update would need to be sent from Ford to add the features to the APIM as the final piece to the puzzle.

Yeah it appears that way. No dice unfortunately.

Likely needs a few configuration changes , not necessarily a whole new software revision

It DID add distance indication(and the toggle) which I don't remember being there before the update however

Edit: Never mind....just saw in your edited post that you don't.

Your only hope is to open a case with Ford customer service if you are out of warranty. Has a dealer ever tried to repair your update issue? Any work done to the APIM?
I've never attempted to inquire with the dealer but is that the only option/resolution I have is to seek Customer Service for assistance?

The only other option is to buy an APIM properly configured to your truck and swap it out yourself. The cost of the APIM is $500. I do not sell them, but if you are interested I would put you in direct contact with the person who does.

Last OTA you got was 6.4.0 on 12/21. You are almost fully up to date as far as power-up updates go. Your truck is fine.

Did a little bit of searching but found nothing. I figure it's something to do with these newest updates.
Anyone else's fader off kilter like this?

My fader is giving my OCD serious Forest Whitaker eye.

That happens when the Unreal Sync Theme is enabled.
