Unfortunately, that update seems to have failed according to PTS. The reason for failure is unclear, but it seems like some kind of software mismatch Nothing you can do but wait for it to be resent.

As of about a half hour ago, another update was sent to your truck. You have PCM update 22-PU1009-PPO-SI sitting in your queue right now. Go to your truck and check for updates, and you should see something different. This update failed to install on my truck. Please note that if your truck is tuned and this update installs, it will wipe your tune and your tuner will have to send you a new tune with the updated strategy for your to reflash your truck. I am glad this OTA failed on my truck for that same reason.

Don't feel alone on the WiFi turning off. Mine does the exact same thing. I have to turn it back on almost every trip when I get home. It seems like if the truck is started where the access point is not in range, it says "Well, there are no networks I know about, so I am gonna turn off WiFi", and then never checks again until you turn it back on. Not sure if that is the case, but that is what I am seeing. I am surprised there are not more people with the issue. Hopefully, Ford can figure it out.

I don't have an explanation as to why the wifi keeps turning off, but I can tell you that people that know a lot more about things than I do have said that even if you are on wifi when you get sent an update, your truck will use it's own internet connection to download it. Not a single OTA released for our trucks to this day requires wifi to download and install. If you are concerned that the wifi turning off is preventing you from getting updates, you can toss that idea out of your head right now.

Well, the only thing I will add to this is that I absolutely got the Digital Manual delivered on wifi last week. I can see the network traffic on my home wifi going to/from each device. Plus I have received a few of the older, larger updates (multi-GB) on wifi too, based on those same download stats. There have also been a few that seemed to be done via cellular, but now I wonder if those were done that way because I had not noticed my wifi was disconnected. Regardless, Ford's OTA process, as we all know, is a steaming pile of poo.

I swear Ford tracks this.... update 22-PU1009-PPO-SI just installed successfully.... Ford, if you're listening, I'm waiting on the other updates. LoL.

This update was first reported by someone in the forums in July of this year. They have been pushing it out in waves.

I tried to get my dealership to force the update, but they said they can only do the install of the update was already pushed. Any way to know if I have failed updates?

I do have a way of checking, but it's irrelevant because that's a lie. It's excuses to not do the work. Offer to pay for the updates and watch how all of a sudden, they can do them.

I would need your VIN to check.
