When i close the dialog box, it just sits at the white screen and does nothing.

 

Now when i close the dialog box, it says cant reach the FDRS servers, enter username to continue offline, and when i try to continue offline, it says that the software is out of date, to log in to the FDRS server to continue. this after i deleted everything on computer and cleaned the drive and reinstalled windows, and reinstalled everything new. is there someone at ford i can email? or try again tomorrow, IDS works just fine.

 

If you have an account on the gen14f150 forum, I would post your issue in the FDRS thread there. That thread is followed by a lot of people that are much better with FDRS than I am.

 

Huh. Works fine here. Looks like your PC can't reach the FDRS servers (which is where the login screen is loaded from). Networking issue or temporary outage at Ford I'd guess. keep at it!

As far as those updates go, you're on the latest unless you have bluecruise.

Got this a few days ago.

 

With BC, there is one more power-up update after 6.8.0. It used to be 6.13.0, but that update was messing BC up for people so it was stopped and replaced with PU update CMR-FX.
