With that said, your truck is on the latest Sync version and the last power-up update you got was 6.4.0. While you are not fully up to date, you are not terribly behind, either. The updates you are missing will come in via the OTA process, but it's a waiting game. There is no way to predict when an update will be sent to you and no way to force an update to be sent to you, either.
Hmm...that gives me a thought...I'm retired, I could get updates just about any time. I wonder if I would get them quicker if I move my schedule to mid-day...

Three years at almost a million trucks a year and everyone schedules their trucks to update while they are sleeping...it would take a lot of computer power to roll everything out simultaneously...

I maintain OTA history on the thread below. There is a github link that may not be up to date. The F150 excel sheet attached to the first post is fully up to date.

Yea, you're also missing the 6.x.x updates as well as some PU updates. I have seen many vehicles stop getting updates around the time yours did. The truck is fine. You just have to wait for the OTA process to get to you. Once you get one, you will most likely get a lot more shortly
Thanks. It’s at the dealer now for some recalls as well as some “you are in battery saver mode” messages. I know sometimes low state of charge affects it. I did mention to dealer I’ve not had any updates in quite a while. In any event, thanks for your help. It is appreciated.
