I have looked all over to verify status and current version on GF150 but not able to confirm--could you pretty please check my VIN-- 1FTFW1E84PFC96371. Thank you!.

@rugedraw Hi would you be able to take a look at my fathers 2022 Super Duty it hasnt update in like a year he dropped it off for service a few days ago and mentioned this to them. They said they cleared out the codes for updates but I dont believe them can you see if his truck is up to date or if something is wrong I think the module is f'ed I dont believe they hooked it up for FDRS and manually forced updates. Thank you.
We took it back again, spoke with the Fleet manager and he looked it on his computer while we waited. No updates in 23 months of ownership. They kept the truck for 2 full days to do the updates. Now he has full screen Android Auto.
You just need to find someone at the dealership that is willing to dig a little deeper to help you out. By the way, my dealer said he gets paid by Ford to do the software updates, so it was no skin off their back. I'm in Ontario, Canada.
