@rugedraw Are you aware of Ford releasing any OTA's (outside of 2.8.1) that give 2021 F150 Job 1's the ability for Pro Trailer Backup Assist to use the checkered stickers instead / in addition to yaw rate sensors? I had issues with 2.8.1 installing when it was originally sent out. I received the Cameras In-Motion portion of 2.8.1 when 4.3.4 was successfully installed but I never saw Ford re-release the Pro Trailer Backup Assist portion that was part of 2.8.1 via a later update.
And then another general question for the thread.... When one connects their truck to FDRS does the software only show updates that have not already been applied to your truck? If I were to connect my truck to FDRS today would I see the ability to update my Pro Trailer Backup Assist without having to re-update my Camera's In Motion? I get worried about processing an OTA update that is so old that it would revert my truck back in time.
Thanks guys!
I believe it was 4.3.4 that was supposed to bring that feature, but I don't think anyone ever confirmed. My truck has it, but I just back my boat up regularly. I don't have problems back up a trailer. I feel like I would do it faster myself the same way I parallel park myself faster and better than the self-parking does.
FDRS will only show pending module updates. FDRS and OTA are not connected. When you update via FDRS, you update modules. It won't show 2.8.1, or 3.5.3 or anything like that. It will just have a list of modules pending updates.

@rugedraw Thank you. I know 4.3.4 brough the Camera's In Motion function to my 2021 Job 1. It does not appear to have brought the Pro Trailer Backup Assist w/ Sticker function to my truck.
But if an OTA update updated a module on my truck then that module would NOT be listed in FDRS, right? Sorry - just trying to wrap my head around FDRS as I continually put money aside for the Mongoose cable.
To the greater public - Did anyone here receive Pro Trailer Backup Assist w/ Stickers after recieving the 4.3.4 OTA update?

Correct. OTA 4.3.6 was an APIM update that brought different camera views while towing. Neither update mentioned the tow assist, but it was assumed (by me and others) that it would bring it back since it brought back other things mentioned in 2.8.1 because of the wording in the update and because it updates the same modules that 2.8.1 did.
BTW: You do know I loan out my Mongooses for free, right?
It's a 2022 Ford Super Duty with Sync 4. I'm going to the dealership tomorrow and I want to give them what I can to help them get my OTA updates going.
According to the Sync 4 support page from Ford, my truck is has an update for Sync 4.

I may be wrong, but I believe mine started to ask to put the sticker on after 2.5.3 update, this update is what also gave me camera's in motion. When I added my trailer to Pro Trailer this screen popped up.
This is the second time I've gotten this message in the Ford app.
The first time was after an update that was supposedly installed in October; then it reappeared after the December 12th update.
Sorry if my question looks stupid, but I cannot understand the "If you have recently received the 6.2.0 update" part. How in the world do I find out if I received this update or not?!
I have checked everywhere and could not find any version information in the vehicle menus or in the Ford app. What am I missing? Where do I find the installed version number?
