Software Updates
The dealer replaced the battery yesterday. (warranty again) I put my big charger on it to complete its charge which it did need it, didn't drive it far from dealer.
Dealer also told me they can no longer update modules, Ford took that option away and I should call FORD for any concerns of updates since my last update was Oct 28/23 and you told me I was showing constant low battery voltage. Hopefully now it doesn't if can can check up on that for me. I am doing a 30 mile trip on Friday.

Sync 23159 is two version behind the latest available which is Sync 24147. There is nothing you can do to speed up the OTA process. Your truck may be one of many vehicles affected by an issue where an update needed for them to progress along is not released for them on the server side. If your truck is one of these, you would not be able to fully update it even if you had FDRS.

All they did was reset the APIM and run the config on it, which does absolutely nothing. As I mentioned in my post you quoted, your truck does not have any APIM updates showing, so they could not have updated it even if they wanted to. There are other modules that they could have updated, but they didn't touch those.
Is there a spot to see what all was included in an update? I got a message yesterday on my screen that an updated was scheduled for 1AM last night and I wouldn't be able to use my truck for 30min to 3 hours. This morning the remote start didn't work. When I started it it gave a message about an update. All it said was improvements to proximity unlock system.
My gauges are all reset, I had to reconnect my phone. Now I have auto temp control on the heated seats. Never had that before.
