A trickle charger won't do much, but if that's all you have, it's better than nothing.

Your truck is on Sync 23159 which is not the latest, but only one version behind the latest. You are only missing the 6.x.x updates that started being pushed out last October.

The only thing I see of concern is that your truck has repeatedly failed an IPC update. On your next dealer visit, tell your service advisor that your truck has failed an update many times and if the pull up your OTA dashboard, this is what they will see. That should be enough to get them to do it. This update is going to take them 6 hours to do, so hopefully they don't give you some BS and they do it.

Your truck does not seem to have recorded any OTA's since it was built. It seems like you just bought it and it's been sitting in a dealer lot since it was built in June. It is reporting DTC's for low battery voltage, so you may want to get the battery checked out or charge it at least. Because the truck has been sitting all this time not being started, it wasn't pinging the servers. Hopefully now that it is being driver, you will start seeing some updates sent your way.

Can a low battery or lack of updates have any significant effect on fuel efficiency? Mine seems to have gone down since my BMS had an issue..

I don't see what one thing has to do with another, so I'd have to say no.

Quick question for everyone. I have update 6.5.0 downloaded to my truck and it has been trying to install for a week or so. Every time it tries to install it says it's delayed as another process interrupted the installation. No idea what that means, as my truck is parked, locked, etc., etc. when the install is scheduled. Any tips on how to get this update to finally install?
Thanks!

Most likely failing due to low battery charge/capacity. I would need the VIN to confirm.
