Software Updates
My dealer keeps saying the same. Our auto stop/start hasn’t worked since July. Truck keeps going into a deep sleep mode… I’ll be opening a case with our dealer to have it at the very least documented. I really don’t see how the battery checks out, makes no sense. Luckily, our updates are still going through, just stuck on 6.5.0 currently.
The Energizer H6 says CCA is also 760 and the Optima H6 is 800 CCA. The Energizer H7 has 850 CCA. I am tempted to just go get the H7 and see what happens.
@rugedraw Can you do a check for updates to see if any are waiting in the queue? The last 3 updates only came through when I reset the BCM after things like my auto-start stop stop working, etc.
Dealer says battery is fine, but I think something is wrong when my autostart stop stop working after a couple weeks.
I want to see if there is an update waiting and then do the reset and see if it comes through after.

Which update contained the full screen AA? I have a 2022 F150 XLT BAP 302A. Is this something that can be done in Forscan or is it only through FDRS, Mongoose or OTA. Also could I have received a bad update 6.3 for example or something to that effect. I've read a good portion above and below already. I see other people putting VIN#'s out here and then someone checks online which OTA's actually have made it to the vehicle. Last time at the dealership they were having problems with their FDRS.
The update that gave you full-screen capability was one of the 3.5.x.x. Based on the updates in your OTA history, you got that update in February.

Based on the... List of Updates I can't seem to find anywhere let alone in my own vehicle/App. How do I even go about getting the dealership to look into my OTA updates for missing full screen in AA? The App is completely broken in this regard. It lists only the most recent with any context and the rest it requires you to open a browser and it takes you to buy another Ford page.
Edit: Fixed my previous post.
can you delete the post with my VIN in it. Thanks for the update help. I see now that I'm actually dealing with a DPI and scaling issue more than anything else and the limitations of the software itself for viewing full screen applications.
I am not able to connect to my truck using the ford app or enable automatic updates on the truck, the dealer is saying I need 2 updates to fix my problem with the OTA auto update and app connection. They need my truck all day to do this. the problem only started after they replaced the battery a few weeks ago. previously I was able to connect my truck with the app and auto updates were enabled and working.
If I purchase the FORSan cable and install the software, can I perform the same updates they are going to do or do I need to take it to the dealer?
