Luckily, our updates are still going through, just stuck on 6.5.0 currently.
I just had an oil change done, told them about this and the they did a battery test. The Ford battery is supposed to have 760 CCA and they measured 650 and said it was fine. That was after an hour drive on the highway before I brought it in.
The Energizer H6 says CCA is also 760 and the Optima H6 is 800 CCA. The Energizer H7 has 850 CCA. I am tempted to just go get the H7 and see what happens.

I want to see if there is an update waiting and then do the reset and see if it comes through after.

Thanks for all the help you are on this topic.
Last OTA you got was 4.2.4 in October. Nothing else has been sent to you since. A low battery will not prevent you from getting updates; it can only prevent you from having them successfully install.

Last OTA was 6.4.0 less a week ago. You're almost up to date as far as Power Up OTA's go.

I see other people putting VIN#'s out here and then someone checks online which OTA's actually have made it to the vehicle. Last time at the dealership they were having problems with their FDRS.

The original release of 6.3.0 was pulled due to bugs and replaced with 23-PU1103-NAT-VCE which you got. You got 6.4.0 shortly after. You should have had full-screen a long time ago. Based on your OTA history, you got that OTA in February it seems. The release notes for that update are gone from PTS, but based on the order of the updates you received, it should be that one.

The update that gave you full-screen capability was one of the 3.5.x.x. Based on the updates in your OTA history, you got that update in February.

You have to have it. If you somehow got skipped over that update and you really don't have it, the dealer can't help you. WHen you can, post a pic of you Sync screen with the phone connected.

Edit: Fixed my previous post.

What do you mean not full screen?

Are you pressing the full screen button next to the Android logo?

can you delete the post with my VIN in it. Thanks for the update help. I see now that I'm actually dealing with a DPI and scaling issue more than anything else and the limitations of the software itself for viewing full screen applications.

I am not able to connect to my truck using the ford app or enable automatic updates on the truck, the dealer is saying I need 2 updates to fix my problem with the OTA auto update and app connection. They need my truck all day to do this. the problem only started after they replaced the battery a few weeks ago. previously I was able to connect my truck with the app and auto updates were enabled and working.

If I purchase the FORSan cable and install the software, can I perform the same updates they are going to do or do I need to take it to the dealer?
