No recent OTA history on your truck. Last recorded OTA was June of last year. Your truck is communicating fine with Ford, though. They just haven't shown you any OTA love for some reason. I don't see anything wrong with your truck and there is nothing you can do to force an OTA being sent to you.

It is because I have basic work truck as many would say. Thank you for looking into it. The collective knowledge of this group astounds me everyday as many like you have vast resources and experiences with these vehicles. It is truly appreciated.

Because your last update was over 60 days ago, I can't see the details of it to confirm that. It sounds possible, because 3.5.3 is an OTA that many people have reported difficulty getting it to install. That's the one that gives you full screen carplay/android auto. Chances are, it was sent to your truck and failed, but if that is the case, it happened too long ago for me to see it. I see your Fordpass is connected. Do you have anything in your messages that show 3.5.3 failing?

A Mongoose VCI cable that costs $540 and a 2-day subscription to FDRS which costs $50. You will also need a 10amp minimum battery charger to keep on the truck while performing module updates and a 32GB USB flash drive as some modules are updates with that.
