Your SOC is still very low.
Forgive me but what is SOC? The truck was literally on a battery tender at the time. I wonder if I have some sort of other issue? Thank you for these reply's! They are much appreciated.

How powerful (amp rating) is your battery tender? Typically tenders are not chargers and are designed to put out very little power for long lengths of time or periodically "hit" a battery with some juice (think someone pulling/storing a battery over winter).

It's a 3 amp charger. Maybe that's not enough?

I would say no. 10amp minimum AGM charger is recommended.

That definitely is NOT enough. 10A are some people's minimum, but I personally would recommend 20A. And you want one that isn't just a charger, but has a power supply mode. Like this:

Clore Automotive PL2320 20-Amp Fully-Automatic Smart Charger, 6V and 12V Battery Charger, Battery Maintainer, and Stable Power Supply with Temperature Compensation

They wouldn't check/update it even if they had Internet service. These trucks aren't like phones where the dealership just clicks a virtual button and all your outstanding updates are applied. They only do them of they are getting paid to do them - by you or under warranty. If under warranty, they will only update those related to the items being repaired and only IF the service procedure calls for an update. Your only two other options are to wait for the OTAs or buy a Mongoose VIC + a subscription to FDRS and update them all yourself.

It's not an ideal situation, but then again, it's not a safety issue, either. 98% of Sync is convenience related.

and they will probably stop sending them all together for 2021 trucks soon.
On what information are you basing this ridiculous statement?
