Software Updates
As far as Power-Up OTA's go, you are only missing the 4.3.x updates. You'll get them sooner or later. Nothing to worry about in your case.
Just picked up my 2023 Platinum. Would like to verify it is current, I assume so. Familiar with the process, turned in my 2021 Mach-E as a lemon.

OTA history for our trucks is being tracked here:

Can mine be checked? I have had a few issues lately and no update in a while. 1FTFW1ED9MFB46183
4.3.4 is an update revision number. This update is for the IPMA and PSCM modules, so it will not result in the Sync version changing. The attached spreadsheet has every single OTA released for 2021 and up F150's and is accurate. I know this because I am the one who pulled the data off of the wiki page before it was deleted, I was the one updating the wiki page when it got deleted, and I am the one who has been adding every update that has come out since then to it and hosting the OTA history thread over on the gen14 forum.

Last OTA you got was 4.2.4 on May 3rd. You are only missing the 4.3.x updates as far as Power-Up updates go. Those updates just prep the truck for future updates, so you aren't missing out on anything by not having them. Your truck is fine and I am sure you will get what you are missing sooner
Thanks @rugedraw . I was hoping that I had some missing OTAs instead of having to go to dealership. My Pro Trailer isn’t working correctly plus my “infotainment “ has been crashing a lot on startup.
I don't know why your screen is crashing. I checked the DTC's your truck is recording and I see nothing that relates to that. I did see your truck is recording DTC's for the headlight switch which is a known issue that Ford has an active campaign open for. If you notice your headlights acting weird and turning on or off when they shouldn't be, take it in to the dealer so they can swap out the headlight switch.
Next time you are in your truck, try resetting the APIM. With the truck on, hold down the radio power button and forward seek button together for 10 seconds or until the screen reboots. Do this twice. See if that helps with the screen crashing issue.
The Pro Trailer assist with the stickers was released with OTA 2.8.1. I cannot tell if you got that one or not, because that is a very old update and PTS only records a certain amount of history. It is possible that your truck was skipped over the 2.8.x updates because Ford phased those out and I believe replaced them with OTA 4.3.4. Are you able to view your rear camera(s) while driving? If you cannot, then you are missing the 2.8.x updates that activate rear camera in motion, Pro Trailer assist with the stickers and Bluecruise if your truck is supposed to have it.
