Dealer had to replace my APIM in November after the 1.7.1 failed, that fixed the update switch.on my truck. They said even after they put the new APIM in it failed 6 times, the next morning they tried and it worked.

My truck was at the dealer for 7 days, multiple attempts to fix the 1.7.1 problem, they gave me the truck back and said sorry, couldn't make it work.

Man I hope I don't hear that when I take mine in tomorrow. What's your next step?

Just dropped mine off at the dealer last night to fix the trailer brake recall and the fact that I have yet to get an OTA. Don't have Blue Cruise - only 1 road in Idaho has it. Many thanks to Livnitup sending my FDRS module list to prove to the dealership that my system is not up to date.

I have had no issues with OTA's.......until now. My last OTA was on April 4th for 2.4.5 and it installed fine.

Now, for about 2 weeks, it keeps trying to install 2.5.1 and it keeps failing. Any ideas how to get it to go through?

Disconnect your battery for a bit, try again after you hook it back up.

Mine did the same thing, I disconnected the battery for about 10min, reconnected it and hit the "update now" and it installed with no problems.

I just send that to the Asst Service Manager at my dealership. Might as well give it a try!
