I have no idea. I didn't even know that screen existed.

 

On the st~ring wheel, if you hold down the right arrow beside media and the right arrow on your tuner control on center console together, it brings up speaker test. You then press end test and it brings up a diagnostic error screen

 

I tried this on my Truck. If you let the speaker test finish it goes into diagnostic mode with a bunch of different options. Anyone know of a list of what they all do?

 

2021 Job 1 Lariat 502A, I just received 4.2.1 OTA.

 

I finally had 2.8.1 re-pushed to my truck (randomly? I did the Feedback->OTA not working like six times) - hooked it to the battery charger in power supply mode, and it installed without a hitch. Hopefully more to come! Thanks for everyone’s help, esp rugedraw!

 

Curious - did you receive all your prior updates OTA or did you force some with cable / PC?

 

2021 F150 Platinum. I was completely up to date using FDRS 11/2/2022 (wanted full screen carplay etc.). Since then I received OTA 3.5.3 (Alexa) 1/9/2023. In Feb 2023 I received the OTAs for "trailer positioning" and "heated mirror."

I received OTA 4.2.1 4/15/2023 and then OTA 4.2.2 yesterday (4/19/2023).

Not sure if any conclusions can be drawn... experiences vary widely. But 4 days between OTAs this month is a record from my F150.

 

Quick question - is SYNC Version 23031 Revision 713 the latest? I only noticed the change from Version 22293 Revision 610 after receiving the 4.2.2 OTA update.

Are 2021’s not in the early access program getting 4.2.1/2 OTA yet?
