The initial OTA timed out after 2 weeks because it was not able to download all the files it needed for the update before the 2 week trigger expired. Thanks again rugedraw! Ford sucks at this.
Yes......yes, they do. I work at a dealership that sells/services 10 different brands. I have not come across anything even remotely close to as problematic as the Ford product when it comes to OTA updates. I really don't get it.

What if I disable Wi-Fi and try 5g for a while? Maybe OTA hates Wi-Fi.

It won't make a difference. It has been shown that even if you are on wifi, updates will download via the truck's cellular connection. Not a single OTA released for our trucks requires wifi to download. I don't think there is anything wrong with your truck. The problem is Ford's crappy OTA process. What Sync version does your truck say it is on when you go to the "about sync" menu?

Wait, your truck is on 23031? That is the latest Sync version. Did a dealer perform updates on your truck?

Replaced APIM in April. Got me unstuck and got update 2.1.1 in April also.

If you haven't already, you should create a boilerplate message for this (and likely more) that you can just cut & paste into replies ... LOL.

Dealer had my truck for three days (long story, covered in another thread). Claimed they (among other things, including replacing a motor and keypad) reprogrammed the driver's seat module. They also completed two recalls (wiper motor + wiper arms). Can you take a peek and let me know what you see? VIN 1FTFW1E50MFB04459

Thx, @rugedraw !

Ah, ok. I mixed you VIN with another one. PTS shows your Sync is blank. Sync 21146 is software from the first half of 2021, so that lines up with the OTA's currently being sent to your truck. You are past the old Sync version known to break the OTA process. Ford rarely pushes out those older updates to trucks. Good luck waiting on them to get you up to date.

I've thought about making some general template responses. lol I kinda like giving everyone a personalized response, though. I'm still trying to get on @Ford Motor Co. 's payroll.

I see a driver seat module programming was done. It also mentions one of the running board motors was replaced. Notes on PTS say that 22S12B was done on 7/18. Not sure what that is. The recall for the wipers still appears as open on your truck, but it takes some time for it to come off of PTS from what I have seen.

22S12 is another one of the several wiper motor-related recalls:

Ah ok. 23S10 is the one still showing open in PTS.
