Interestingly though, when I'm in tow/haul mode and I turn off 'lane-centering' in the Sync menu (so that I only have lane-keeping), the lane-keeping doesn't work in tow/haul mode. If I switch to normal mode, it works. I have no idea why. My 2019 didn't have lane-centering, only lane-keeping and it worked in tow/haul mode.
My 2021 job #1 KR allowed lane centering while in tow mode when I first got it. I used it for 5-10 seconds since it did nothing but go back and forth between the lane lines inducing sway. When not towing my lane centering has always worked great minus the normal limitations. Guess I need to check it out again this hunting season when I tow.

Can someone check my vin 1FTFW1E50MKD27317 to see what I have pending. The app and vehicle say up to date but the vin sync update checker says I have updates available but they never update.

My truck would induce sway as well when I used lane centering while towing. Since the latest update though, it doesn't induce sway anymore. I can now use lane centering while towing.

My lane centering has always worked fine, trailering or otherwise. 2021 Job 1 Platinum SuperCrew 5.0. But I updated everything with a Mongoose starting back in JAN 2022 and it's never errored out with OTAs since.
Welp, a few weeks after my dealer got me out of update hell, I’ve received my first update! Only about 100 more to go and I’ll be set!
Just following up on this to say I've been steadily receiving updates and am up to 4.2.1 now. Can someone look up 1FTFW1E89MFB11940 and see what else I'm missing? I've gotten the full screen car play but haven't gotten anything Bluecruise or the ability to access the camera while driving. Thanks!

Unless I am reading your window sticker wrong, your truck is not a bluecruise capable truck. With that said, your truck was skipped over the 2.7.x and 2.8.x updates that would have enabled bluecruise if your truck had it. In your case, I don't think it is a big deal. Does your truck let you turn on your reverse camera while you are driving?

Perhaps I was mistaken about blue cruise. My truck has the lane keeping assist and will automatically turn the wheel when I turn on cruise but I have to have my hands on the wheel, so I just assumed it was compatible.
When I press the camera button, while the truck is moving, it tells me that certain features are disabled while the truck is in motion. Should I have this feature enabled with the update I am running? Thank you!
