Not the case. You have received OTA's as recent as a week ago. Your case is a bit harder for me to diagnose because a dealer performed several module updates on your truck back in June of last year. Your truck is all the way up to 4.3.3. If the last update you remember back in October was 3.5.2, then it is possible that you were skipped over certain updates. Do your have full screen Carplay/Andriod Auto capability? If you do not, then Ford sent you updates out of sequence and your truck will need some kind of intervention by you if you want that update and the other one you are missing which allows you to use pro trailer back up assist with the trailer sticker instead of just the sensors. You may be able to fix it with a $35 tool and free software, or you may need a $540 tool and a 2 day license to Ford's tech software which will cost you another $50. It goes beyond my scope of knowledge. If you are missing updates and want them, let me know and I will have the guru look at your truck to see how much work (and money) it will entail to get your truck right and prevent future configuration issues due to the updates you are missing.

I'm more of a beer guy, but no thank you. I do what I do because I like to help.

@rugedraw Thank you so much for your response. I really do appreciate the time you take to help all of us out. With that said, something is wrong then because my SYNC screen has been acting very weird lately with siriusxm notifications for example amongst other settings but with that said I do NOT have full screen ability for my carplay and I tried it as recent as of yesterday. Also, I attached two pictures that I just took showing what my FordPass shows as far as it being 3.5.2. This sounds like a mess hahaha. Should I take it to Ford do you think??

Default Driver camera monitor fault?

After going through years of updates I finally have everything up to date. Now I am getting a error for active drive assist or bluecruise that the driver camera is faulty. They have replaced the camera twice but it hasn't changed anything. Anyone have this happen?

I very much doubt the dealer will be able to help you. They will not know what to do.

@rugedraw Ok copy that...in that case, I would appreciate your assistance with your truck guru trying to tell me what I will need to do to get it right whenever you have time. Thank you once again for your time and help!

I received 4.3.3 on Tuesday. Release notes on these updates are a joke and just say “an improvement to the trailer and tailgate setting”. Anyone have more details?

It's an IPC update to prep the truck for future updates. You won't see anything new from it.

This weekend was the 1st weekend I towed my 32ft, 8200lbs travel trailer since receiving the software updates.

I had lane-centering on from my previous drive (without the trailer) and when I turned on cruise I was surprised how well lane-centering did. Before my updates, the truck would keep over-correcting and cause the trailer to sway, very badly. Now, the truck stayed dead centered in the lane, the truck made minor adjustments, but I was able to comfortably tow with lane-centering enabled.

Is it possible that the software updates could refine the operation of lane-centering?

I don't know why your truck is not getting updates, but they know damn well your truck isn't up to date because they connected your truck to FDRS and updated your DSP module, so they saw the laundry list of updates available for your truck. I would take it back and tell them your truck has never received an OTA, that your truck is on almost two year old software and to reference Technical Service Bulletin 22-2404.
Just providing an update:Service Center was unable to run TSB 22-2404 -
FDRS kicked out the following message: "This vehicle does not qualify for module update repair. The TSB does not apply to this vehicle concern".

Currently trying to message Ford. I appreciate all of the help anyhow!

While I can't answer your question, I have one. Has your truck always allowed lane-centering when towing a trailer? My King Ranch did not the last time I towed.
