I would prefer this too, but if this information was available to the general public in Ford Pass, it would generate a lot of traffic at dealers for just software updates. Are these software updates done under warranty? If so, then that's a big expense to pay out for software updates to a dealer. If they aren't under warranty, then you have a lot of customer complaints that its at customer expense, dealers wont do service for free. I believe this is why the information is limited to the customers and the controlled OTA system will address these updates silently and when appropriate.
