I don't believe so. Got 4.3.2 on 21 JUN and then 4.3.3 on 22 JUN. No attempt for anything subsequent to install.

Default 4.2.xx vs 4.3.xx

Are there two different versions of updates for trucks. I keep getting regular updates 4.2.x etc. But, on here are other people getting 4.3.x versions. I got my latest on 6/7/23.

Am I just behind or is there a different series for different trucks? I'm thinking Job 1 vs Job 2.

The update went through according to PTS on 5/3.....same day I got mine. The difference is, the OTA trigger stayed active even after it installed and then the trigger timed out 2 weeks later as it is supposed to. That should not have happened.....once the update installed, the OTA trigger should have stopped, but the update did go through. You just haven't had 4.3.2 sent to you yet.

For sure people are having issues with this update. Several members over at g150gen14 forum are reporting it. When I look in PTS, their OTA dashboard failures are identical to mine.

For certain OTA's, there are two different sets of updates, but it is not for job 1 and job 2 two trucks. Certain OTA's are only for 2021 trucks, and others are for 2022-2023 trucks.

3.5.2 = 2021-2022

3.5.3 = 2021 3.5.3.2 = 2022

3.5.4 = 2021-2022

4.2.1 = All

4.2.2 = 2021-2022 4.2.1.2 = 2023

4.2.3 = 2021-2022 4.2.2.1 = 2023

4.2.4 = 2021-2022 4.2.2.2 = 2023

Edit: The 4.3.x updates are still relatively new and there is only a small sample size, but they seem to only be for 2021 trucks.

I took care of it for you. Still waiting on that job offer. I don't mind being a 1099 employee. I have health insurance already through my main job.

@Ford Motor Co. @rugedraw Thanks, but as Rugedraw stated, he is already looking into it for me. Besides, I am still awaiting a response to the other 2 offers y'all have made in the past to assist that I responded to yet get crickets... You really need to contract with Rugedraw to provide assistance. He has been the most valuable source of assistance and info I and MANY others on this forum have had on these concerns. Ford needs to do better....

@rugedraw Sorry to be a pain again, can you check my truck again? Last time it was updated was to 3.5.2 last fall. You checked and it said it was downloading, but how long does it take?

3.5.3 was sent to your truck three times between February and May, but it failed all three times. It got stuck downloading the files it needed all three times and timed out. This is a very common problem with this update and it has happened to many truck owners. There is nothing you did wrong and there is nothing you can do to help the process. Eventually, you will get it resent and hopefully it goes through for you.
