OTA 3.5.3 has been sent to you four times in the past 60 days including an OTA trigger that was created 3 days ago. It is sitting in your queue right now trying to download the files it needs. From the looks of it, it is going to fail again, as it is stuck trying to download the last file(s) it needs. This is a VERY common problem with this OTA. There is nothing wrong with your truck and you are not doing anything wrong. Your truck is not recording any DTC's that indication your battery has a low voltage problem. The OTA trigger on your truck is good for another 11 days, so hopefully it can download what it needs before it expires again, but from I have seen, once this updates gets stuck in the download process, it fails.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but your truck is on Sync 20301 which is bad software known to break the OTA process. Without dealer intervention, your truck will never get any updates. You need to schedule an appt with your dealer and tell them your truck has not recorded any OTA's in two years. They need to manually update or recover your APIM from itscurrent state or diagnose it as faulty and replace it with a new one.

Nah, you have a 2022. Your truck was built with software way past where they get stuck. 3.5.3.2 has a very high fail right, so glad to hear it went through easy. You now have full-screen carplay/android auto capabilitiy.

Yes, I have seen this a lot in the past week. This is NOT GOOD AT ALL. This is going to cause MAJOR configuration issues on these trucks; especially trucks like yours that don't have BC yet. Not even a Mongoose or the dealer will get you the features that you are missing. I am not sure if it is too late, but I am pretty sure if you get 3.5.3 sent and it installs, you're f*cked. If I were you, I would unplug the TCU to prevent any more updates from coming in.
This is going to be a cluster f*ck of epic proportions for job 1 2021 owners that are still behind. Bluecruise trucks will be the hardest ones to fix.
