Very unlikely that was caused by your phone being at 35% battery. It happens to me with AA every now and then where AA will just disconnect for no reason. Usually, restarting the truck fixes the issue.
Just an update here: I took to Twitter and DM'd Ford service. They have collected my information and said they will be looking into my case. Fingers crossed they have me drop it off at the dealership and get this cleaned up. More to come.

lmao Probably the same useless person that runs the @Ford Motor Co. on here and on the other forums that asks you for your VIN and local dealer and then nothing happens. I provided my VIN to them almost a year ago and I am still waiting for them to get back to me. I would not hold my breath waiting for a response.

Haha well I am not exactly flush with optimism after that comment. Will provide an update if/when they get back to me. If you don't hear from me, just assume I traded in for a Ram.

I received 4.2.2 in my 2022 Job 2 KR PB on Apr 14. I only noticed this morning I've been updated to SYNC 4 Version 23031, Revison 713.

Okay - so I already have an update. They looked into my vehicle and said I need to contact the Over The Air team. I contacted OTA, and while they weren't able to push anything, they did mention that I am very behind on updates and that I should visit the dealer and reference this phone call. They told me the tell the dealer to look for "diagnostic trouble codes" and to contact the "TAC."

I called the dealership, explained everything, and now I have a scheduled maintenance for them to investigate next week. Stay tuned for more on this saga.

Dealers are full of excuses on this. After a barrage of 1 star reviews of my dealer on the internet, the service manager called me today and left a message about how they are working on it after he dropped the ball twice in 3 weeks and didn’t order the part or attempt anything since March 30th. I’m stuck at 1.4.2. It’s all about principle at this point. Twice I went there to pick it up after they notified me it was ready, and twice they Uber me home cause it wasn’t. Hope you get it worked out. rugedraw has been a blessing with this.

After having 2.7.3 fail twice I notice this on the diagnostic screen. Any idea what it means.

Mine is going in to service for a bunch of stuff including my software issues. Hopefully they can fix it.
