Yes, you are now up to date. I see in your history that they successfully updated your GWM, your APIM and the TCU. They also reset the BMS sensor to try and get rid of the low voltage codes. I assume they tested your battery and it came out good. When you get your truck back, you will have full screen capability and will be caught up as far as Power Up OTAs go.
Great, thank you!! Is there a way to see which Power Up version we have, i only see the Sync version? Or is that not visible on our end?

No, it is not, especially after it was updated manually. However, you are at the equivalent of 3.5.4 based on the updates they did on your truck. You can safely say you are on 3.5.4.
If your truck says that, then that is accurate. For some reason, PTA does not reflect that. That software version indicates you are still behind, but you are past the hump where trucks get stuck. The thing is, Ford does not roll out those older updates very often. No telling when you will get an OTA sent. The only way to fix it yourself is with a Mongoose cable and an FDRS license.
I decided to do it myself. I was able to update all modules except the APIM. While updating, I get the following error: “Code_0 The update cannot continue because an error occurred”. Sometimes this happens 3 minutes into the update. Sometimes it takes 20 minutes. I suspected a bad flash drive so I bought a new one (different model). Same thing. Prior to the error, it does say “System Updating” at the top of the screen.
I had my APIM replaced last year in May. I understand there may have been another bad batch around then. Since then I have not received any OTAs.

What did you name the USB drive? Long names tend to cause problems for unknown reasons. Name it "sync" or something short like that.
I am not an expert with FDRS. I highly recommend posting any issues you are having on this thread:
My truck is at the dealer to have them look into the battery and other codes that are being reported daily.. Also mentioned my Alexa not completing setup (on the truck side... the Amazon side is good, and i've tried everything you suggested but it seems like the truck just isn't completing the setup), the hazards randomly flashing quickly once, the parking brake randomly engaging while parked and sometimes while the truck is off and I'm just sitting in it. I mentioned that I was told that the truck needs updates that aren't going through because of the battery errors, so I'm hoping they update everything there as well as check out the battery (which was warranty replaced a few months back as well), but right now they aren't giving me any updates. When I go to the Ford Sync page, I see I'm now on V4.0.22294, from V21297. Is that the latest sync version? Will that include Power Up 3.5.3.2? All of these version numbers are pretty confusing, haha.
I had the same issues with hazards flashing once randomly. Actually it was like half of a flash. People thought I was nuts… I was starting to think I was too. You’re the only other case of this I’ve heard. In my case it was bad calibration data from ford that was send during an update at the dealership about 3 months after I got it. It was also causing my heated seats and rear defrost to not work. 4 months, 4 module replacements, a lemon law suit, Detroit engineering involvement, and a $6,000 check from Ford later, they finally figured it out.

Holy crap.. Yeah, it only happened once so far.. It was right after I got the truck, had it off in accessory mode just looking through the options and it did half a flash. Heard it and saw it out of the corner of my eye.. very odd. In your case, they determined the issue to just be bad data in an update? Wonder if it was an issue on the version I just got off of (hoping it doesn't happen again). My heated seats appear to work, at least I tested the front ones, not the rear.. And i'll have to go out one morning that it's really cold and frosted to test the rear defroster, to be sure.
Regarding the parking brake randomly turning on, my dealer's tech just told me it can happen if the truck thinks there is a condition where it needs it (ex, turning off the truck too soon after putting it in Park). He said they made it overly sensitive with the recent recall with Park not engaging properly, not sure how true that is though. It did it just while I was sitting in my driveway for about 10 minutes one time, and another was when I pulled into a parking spot at a store, i put it in Park and sat there for about 5 seconds and it engaged, truck was still running. He also told me it's manual, and I need to manually turn it off before driving.. I didn't manually disengage when it engaged because I didn't think I had to, and it automatically shut itself off when I started driving.. So not sure if I did something I shouldn't have there.
I also noticed tonight that if I'm in certain menus and push my shifter up just a hair while it's in park, it'll drop me out of the menus.. I remote started it yesterday, went to jump in, as soon as I opened the drivers door the truck turned off. Remote started again tonight, when I got close to the front, it turned off.. The truck was only running for about 30 second at that point. Thinking it was something to do with the alarm or security, I tried to recreate and couldn't.

Very odd stuff, indeed. lol
Yes yours is even stranger than mine. In my case, it had to do with data for the gateway module being loaded for an Ecoboost setup, as opposed to the Powerboost setup I have. A strange series of events for me.
Mine reboots 1-2 times a week since the latest update, android auto disconnects and faisl to connect so many times. Ford screwed the pooch on this update.
Too funny not to share.
If Ford ever implements this on future production units or in a software update to blue cruise I'll teach you all how to rip out the TCU lol. Even today, there isn't anything to stop Ford from locking the eBrake or disabling the PCM remotely.
Ask yourself if you really want every latest software update as the economy heads into rough times.
