I can only see 60 days back. I see you got the two small patches you get before 3.5.2 at the end of October. You should be getting 3.5.2 soon.

Has anyone figured why the About SYNC shows a Hands-Free Driving Mode expiration date? In my case it's 10 Dec 2022 since it's in dd-mm-year format.

That's for the BlueCruise. When that date passes and the date isn't renewed, you will lose Hands-free driving capability and it will revert to hands on driving mode(adaptive cruise control with lane centering) only.

Thanks, but my truck came with it as a 2022 Job 1 build and my 3-year subscription is valid through 2025 as shown in Ford Pass. Took delivery on Apr 14, 2022. I opened a case with Ford Connected Services Customer Care on Oct 12 which was escalated to Tier 2 because they didn't know. Haven't heard a word since. Local Ford Service Dept also has no idea. I'm rather certain I can't be the only one.

The dates shown in SYNC renews every 2-3 months with a map update, as long as you have a valid current Subscription to BlueCruise . There is nothing wrong with your vehicle.

Thanks again - I hope that's the case. I don't want the BlueCruise to stop while I'm on I-95 from NY to FL on12/10! My last (and only) map update was on 4/04 about 10 days before I took delivery. I'll try to reach out to Ford again tomorrow to see what they say.

It should renew to a new date before then

My 21 early build was updated by the dealer to 2.8.3 on October 2nd, but I have lost Securialert on ford pass, also my Sirius will not rewind to the beginning of the song and it will not start at the song beginning, I have checked all the settings and they are correct, also my dome light stopped coming on when I open the doors only when the truck sits for a few days, and my oil change life will not update on ford pass it always shows 0%

anyone else have experience with these issues??

Two things you can try. First and easiest, turn on the truck and hold the forward seek button and power button on your radio for 10 seconds or so until the screen goes dark.

If that does not work, go into the settings and perform a master reset. It will unpair your phone from the truck completely and you will have to set up Fordpass again from scratch.

The dome light not coming in could be from the truck going into sleep mode to conserve battery after it hasn't been used for a while.

They replaced my APIM last week (got it back Friday) and today I got the first OTA update ever in 17 months. Something called “22-pu0706-sch-popa” — no idea what that means or what my real status is. All I know is I still have no BlueCruise and I’m sure the free period will run out before it ever works. VIN is 1FTFW1ED5MFB74854 if anyone has the ability to look it up. Nothing has soured me more on Ford than their chaotic, abstruse, and implex versioning and updates. My dash still has me on “22087_PRODUCT rev 415” — but at least I got an update for once.
