@rugedraw My truck isn’t updating - a while ago it said I had a pending update for around a month, but now it does not display that icon. Can someone look up my vin and tell me if I have a pending update? 1FTFW1E88NKD39114
I guess I should note that I took it to the dealer 3 times and they were not of any assistance

Yes, 3.5.3.2 failed a second time for you last month. Unfortunately, it is a very common thing with that particular update. Eventually, they will send it to you again. Hopefully the 3rd time will be the charm for you.
I got 3.5.3 a week or two ago. Loving it. Discovered that one thing happened in the Ford Nav system. Simple problem, easily fixed. Update deleted the Home address. Two minutes at most on the side of the road to add it back.
List of modules in your truck with available updates is below. No IPC update there, so my guess is your last OTA was 2.7.4, otherwise it would be on that list. The next update after that one is 2.8.1 which updates several modules including the IPMA, PSCM, and CCM. Once those modules are updated, you would be at the equivalent of 2.8.1 and then your truck would be able to receive 2.8.2 and a GWM update would appear on the list below. A lot of these updates are sequential and once certain updates are done, more updates appear.
While I am curious as to what they say now, I would not expect them to perform the module updates on your truck. Ford does not pay them for the hours and hours it takes to update modules unless they can tie the module programming to a problem with the truck itself. In your case, there is nothing wrong with your truck, so I doubt they will do it. I see the dealer replaced your TCU and correctly programmed it as all your connected features are working. It is possible the reason you were not getting updates was due to a faulty TCU. In your case, you just need to wait it out (which will take a while), or take the plunge and get the tools you need to update the truck yourself.

Thank you! I don’t really understand why everyone’s trucks seem to be at different versions/revisions. Maybe it has to do with truck configuration. Or maybe just the crappy role out of updates. Don’t know.
I don’t plan on bugging the dealer again about it. They seem to have had it right. I’ll just wait. The truck is nice as is but it would be nice to get the new features I hear people talking about on here.
