The problem is more likely internal within your truck. Your GWM needs to "sign" and approve all files it downloads before it proceeds to the next one. You don't get a clue as to why an update fails until after it fails, and even then, the error code is usually something that the normal person like you and I can't make any sense out of.

• Fully charged my battery
• Turned headlights all the way off (not auto)
• Turned on park brake
• Locked doors

The next morning I had 3.5.3.

I'm trying this tonight also. On a happy note, with the charger set to 10A, the app is reporting a steady 14V so I'll leave this on the truck and not drive it until my window is up. Also when I engaged the parking brake and heard it lock in and moved away from the truck it engaged again. Hmmm maybe with full voltage and the above settings, it decided to ping the Mother Ship to get the update...who knows...
