Yeah Brad, me too. I'm going to call tomorrow to schedule an appointment for those issues and 4 recalls. No telling how long my truck will be tied up.
I have history with this dealership. My 2016 Platinum was at the dealer for several weeks for a few warranty issues. They sidestepped the rattle on startup, but did replace my leaking sunroof. They never did fix the freezing door locks. I'd have to take my shop heat gun out to the truck to fix it.
No OTA history in the past 60 days and no OTA in queue at this time. The last OTA you got was 9/8/22, but since it was over 60 days ago, I cannot see which one it was. Based on your current Sync version, I would say you are behind on Power Up updates.

Drove my wife's 21 Expedition that has Sync 3.4. Somewhat surprisingly Coolwalk looks identical on that platform as well, full screen maps and all.
The one thing I know is different is that you can't have AA on one side (left), such as for Waze or Google Maps, and the Ford SYNC cards (e.g., FM or XM radio, bed camera, Trip info, off road card, etc.) on the right with Sync3 like you can with Sync4.
You can do that with Sync4 by using AA, but NOT going into full screen mode. When the Sync card is on the right, you can still swipe up or down to change to a different Sync card.
Clearly, if you go full screen AA, you can either go full screen map (e.g., Google Maps for now, Waze coming) or optionally have a smaller Waze or Google Maps box on the left and some other app(s) from your phone (e.g,. Spotify, Pandora, etc.) on the right.

Correct because Sync 3 does not use side cards like Sync 4.
after a few days of truck telling me there was an update ready...it finally downloaded and installed
my 75th splash screen works now, i need a pic
it seems this was a re down load..maybe a few lines of code were corrupted or left out
