Yup..got a notice it went into deep sleep mode. Don't know if it was a "lucky" coincidence or if the update pushed it over the edge. Looks like I might have until the 6th given your timeline. It's now on a 10 amp charger (which it was yesterday and eventually read full) It's still charging today so looks like the battery is not behaving well and loosing charge too fast. I feel like a new battery is in my future. Doubt I'll take it to Ford as they will likely pronounce it OK as they have done for others. Thinking I might go to Interstate or Costco. Believe H6 is OEM but I'll do the research on this forum and see if H7 or H8 would also work. Thanks again...

Update: CostCo sells interstate Batteries and the H7 (94R) listed as replacement goes for $184.99. If you go to the Interstate site, the same battery goes for $240. significant difference..

Please forgive me but I'm going to vent. One of the reasons I bought my 21 is because of the larger infotainment screen, OTA updates and the adaptive cruise control. I purchased my truck in January of 2021 and it was built in December 2020. I will say that the OTA updates didn't work from the beginning. The dealership finally replaced my APIM towards the end of summer 2022. It started working and downloaded a few updates. That was in October 2022. It updated to 2.something and hasn't updated anything since then. I even bought the battery tender and hooked it up hoping that would trigger something. Nothing happened. I just want the damn thing to work. I thank everyone on this site that has helped me so far. If I had the money I would get the device and software and do it myself but I don't. Damn you Ford for disappointing me and I'm sure several others for not making your **** work. I am so pissed off at them right now. I'm probably not going to buy another Ford product unless they get their **** together.

It seems like luck of the draw. Mine was built on 1/11/2021 and has always gotten OTA updates. I got the other day 3.5.3 and should have 3.5.4 within days. I really like mine and only wish it have power following mirrors and heated steering wheel. It has been doing the deep sleep for the last week. I am going to take it for a good drive today.

On edit: Got 3.5.4 today. However still do not have full screen AA. I get the black 1/3 screen with time and date.

You don't need to buy it. I got you. Get in line. Right now, you have one person ahead of you.

In the past 60 days, all you've gotten OTA is two Bluecruise map updates.

Is it possible to check 1FTFW1E84MKE88277 again? 3.5.3 was sent to me on 1/30 but it must've failed because I haven't got any updates

It hasn't failed yet. It is still in your queue trying to download the files.

Thanks for the quick reply! I'm surprised it takes this long to download. I'm connected to my home's WiFi but i've heard that doesn't make a difference for OTA updates

The problem is on Ford's side. Their OTA process is equivalent to hot garbage. There is no good reason as to why it hasn't downloaded everything yet. The problem is more likely internal within your truck. Your GWM needs to "sign" and approve all files it downloads before it proceeds to the next one. If it sees something it does not like, it will just hang there until it expires. There is nothing you can do to help the process. It could be on Ford's server side, too. You don't get a clue as to why an update fails until after it fails, and even then, the error code is usually something that the normal person like you and I can't make any sense out of.
