Please forgive me but I'm going to vent. One of the reasons I bought my 21 is because of the larger infotainment screen, OTA updates and the adaptive cruise control. I purchased my truck in January of 2021 and it was built in December 2020. I will say that the OTA updates didn't work from the beginning. The dealership finally replaced my APIM towards the end of summer 2022. It started working and downloaded a few updates. That was in October 2022. It updated to 2.something and hasn't updated anything since then. I even bought the battery tender and hooked it up hoping that would trigger something. Nothing happened. I just want the damn thing to work. I thank everyone on this site that has helped me so far. If I had the money I would get the device and software and do it myself but I don't. Damn you Ford for disappointing me and I'm sure several others for not making your **** work. I am so pissed off at them right now. I'm probably not going to buy another Ford product unless they get their **** together.

On edit: Got 3.5.4 today. However still do not have full screen AA. I get the black 1/3 screen with time and date.

Is it possible to check 1FTFW1E84MKE88277 again? 3.5.3 was sent to me on 1/30 but it must've failed because I haven't got any updates

The problem is on Ford's side. Their OTA process is equivalent to hot garbage. There is no good reason as to why it hasn't downloaded everything yet. The problem is more likely internal within your truck. Your GWM needs to "sign" and approve all files it downloads before it proceeds to the next one. If it sees something it does not like, it will just hang there until it expires. There is nothing you can do to help the process. It could be on Ford's server side, too. You don't get a clue as to why an update fails until after it fails, and even then, the error code is usually something that the normal person like you and I can't make any sense out of.
