Would someone be able to check my vin. @rugedraw , can you please check my vin and see what's going on with my OTA? according to the Ford app, the last "recent change" was Feb 26, 2022. My revision number on my Sync is 253. My VIN is 1FTEW1E83NFA19588. Thank you!

Your OTA history shows nothing in the past 60 days and no OTA's in queue at this time. Your Sync history shows that the latest update installed in your truck cam via OTA came on 1/7/2022. Your DTC history has reported many issues of ethernet failures with your GWM and communication failures with your APIM. It also keeps throwing a code for the cabin lock/unlock switch. This could mean something or it could mean nothing. I am not a tech, so take it for what's worth. Your truck's TCU is communicating with Ford, otherwise I would not be able to see the DTC's. I'm not savvy enough to tell you if your truck has a problem or not, but I do see some things there that I do not consider normal and I don't see in many trucks I check as far as DTC codes go.

Everything is in PTS which is the same website your service advisor uses. All he/she has to do is check the "connected vehicle home tab" and you can see the past 60 days of DTC history on your truck. Screenshot attached for reference.
Just checked again this morning and full screen Google Maps has appeared. I have the following versions on my Pixel 6 Pro......
AA - 8.6.625054-release
Google - 14.4.6.29.arm64
Google Maps - 11.64.0702
Google Play Services - 23.03.13

And still have black box to the right with time, day and date. I do not have the "windows pane" on the left below the mic symbol. So maybe still need coolwalk.
thanks, @rugedraw just spoke to the service manager. apparently ford put a pause on dealers doing updates to the APIM, IPC, and BCM modules due with an issue with the code. Essentially, everything that has to do with my issues and TSB 22-2497 which apparently is all related. And since these modules are having issues, Sync won't update. So now the truck is sitting in the dealer until God knows when...

My truck is only going a dealer service bay if a wrecker is needed to get it there. It is my only full size 4 wheel vehicle. What is going on in the supply chain is getting pretty old after 3 years.
