There are very few scenarios where we can tell if a truck is stuck. If you're getting updates, then you're getting updates. I got 3.5.2 in September and am still waiting on the other two. You have no other updates in your queue at this time, but as long as you got 2.8.1 and those updates a while back, you should be good to go. I can only see the past 60 days of history.

No OTA history in the past 60 days and nothing in queue. I can't see what sync version your truck has for some reason. When was the last time you got an OTA? What version of Sync does your truck say it is on when you check it on the screen?
You received the two small patches you get before 3.5.2 on 9/9 and 9/12. You have a job 2 truck, so your truck shipped with most of the updates that have plagued people on this thread. I don't think you have anything to worry about; you should be getting 3.52 soon. You won't notice any change until you get 3.5.3 that allows for full screen AA/CarPlay.

I purchased this vehicle used about six weeks ago. When I first checked the OTA status, my automatic update "toggle" was grayed out. @Infotainment sent me an update to install via USB, which worked successfully to clear the grayed-out update "toggle", but I have not received any OTA updates since then.

You will get OTA's soon enough. Chances are, you are way behind and need an OTA push of software that most trucks have already. Unfortunately, there is nothing you can do to trigger these updates being sent to you.
