More I own this truck, the more I suspect the drain on the battery when it’s off is pretty substantial. Shut it off last Thursday, and check the app Monday, getting this message.
makes me think a dual battery system wouldn’t be a bad thing. If there’s a place under the hood for a second battery.
So with 3.5.3 Alexa, what is it going to do that one can not now do by pushing the talk button and have the android auto connected phone reply to the Alexa command????
Not sure if you can use google to turn on functions like defroster or adjust heat and ac. I drive a lot in the dark and don't remember all the time which is the defroster button, so for me it's easier to just have Alexa turn it on so I can keep my eyes on the road.
Hello could someone check the level of my powerup? I had a system update but it never indicated what was installed? My Vin 1FTFW1ED3NFA17681. Thanks in advance

You had 3.5.2 successfully install on 9/8. No other OTA's in your queue at this time.
Has anyone else received 3.5.3 OTA? Seems like most members of the forums used FDRS to get it so far. I'm wondering if it's going to be an easy one or a big pain like 2.8.1.
A few people have reported getting it. It is a small simple update....nothing like 2.8.1. Some people have already gotten 3.5.4, too.
Oh I thought I read 3.5.3 was a large update, like 5 or 6 gb. My mistake.
It is 5.7GB. The file size is large, but it does not require the vehicle to be inhibited like 2.8.1 does. That's what I meant by it won't be a big pain to install.
