Can someone look up my truck and see what version I am running and get a list of all the items that need to be updated? 2021 Lariat 3.5 v6 6.5 bed.

I call BS. PTS shows they tried to update the APIM several times unsuccessfully. You have a job 1 truck stuck on Sync 20301 and no OTA history. You seem to be a prime candidate for a USB fix from @Jesse - Infotainment. If you are interested in trying to fix it yourself, PM me and I will reach out to him. He does not monitor this forum much from what I can tell.

Just to give an update on my issues in case anyone is in the same spot. Took my truck in for the CSP 22B08 as it expires at the end of the month. They had my truck for about 3 weeks. First week it just sat there. They updated a lot of modules, and a new battery. Many thanks to rugedraw for checking my VIN. It showed that they were able to update the APIM, but the dealer said that the APIM would not take the 22B08 update. So they have placed an order for a new APIM and will advise me when it comes in. Hopefully that will allow the 22B08 to take... Has anyone had the same issue? And for those of you that had to get a new APIM, how long did it take for it to actually come to the dealer? TIA

I had mine replaced in June which fixed the issue. It took about a week to come in but some on here have waited for several weeks. I in turn had to have the GWM replaced that still hasn’t fixed my problem with mobile apps being grayed out and not turning on. I’ve decided to just live with it and not having to sit at the dealer while they “try and figure it out”.

Question Log of OTA Updates and what they include?

Is there a list of the OTA update versions and what they include (i.e., change, add, etc)?

When computer software manufacturers release updates, they provide an overview of each release and keep a log of all changes.

Does Ford have such a change log for our trucks, and can we, as consumers/owners, review the log?

It is a wiki, so 100% accuracy is always in question, but this should answer most of your questions.

Thank you, this is very helpful. I'm very disappointed Ford doesn't make this information available to its vehicle owners.

I agree with you. I think this dealer flat rated(said they did it but didn't) the 22B08 module recover as it no longer shows active on PTS. NOWHERE in the history that I reviewed on PTS did I see even ONE attempt at a module recovery, Dealer seems shady as hell if I'm being honest here. you're still stuck on 20301 and they did NOT update the APIM like it says on warranty history.

Has anyone else received 3.5.3 OTA? Seems like most members of the forums used FDRS to get it so far. I'm wondering if it's going to be an easy one or a big pain like 2.8.1.
