Got 3.5.2 on Sept 27. Waiting patiently for 9.5.3. Gave up last night and spent 3 hours updating all modules. APIM update was 5GB on a USB stick.

Alexa and full screen Car Play are nice.

PCM updated... Don't see much difference but only have 10 miles.

WACM update finally fixed the stupid "Please Wait..." prompt I often got when I started up and put the phone on the charger. Always had to hit cancel before.

Bluecruise driver nanny camera update took a long time. Didn't notice any immediate differences.

BCM, ABS, etc updates... No clue what they changed.

You got both of the small updates that come before 3.5.2 sent to you, but one of the two failed due to a server/cloud issue. You just gotta wait for it to be sent to your truck again. I can only see 60 days into the history of your truck, so I don't know if you have older updates still pending.

Exactly the same as above, except the second update before 3.5.2 failed to install twice in your case. Reasons for failures are:

"errorCode":"RANGE_NOT_SATISFIABLE(416)""errorCate gory":"HTTP(1347703880)""binaryUrl":"https://mmota-cdn.autonomic.ai/ford/AU_FORD_VADR_PRD-17bd90fb-e77a-4f49-a339-f5d46559a941""ecuId":"2000"

"errorCode":"SoftwareStateMismatch(23)""errorCateg ory":"VICM_API_ERROR_CATEGORY(11)"

I am not sure what any of that means. I am just reading off of Ford's website.

Default Product Improvement Program 21G01 Blue Cruise

My truck is a 2021 with a blend date of 8/24/21. (I believe that makes it a Job 1) Vin# 1FTFW1E83MKE54234.
I was slowly receiving OTA updates and my last update received was the two Priority Updates in the middle of September. The last Power-Up update was 2.7.4 in the middle of June. I have been following this thread for over a year, and was trying to be patient for Blue Cruise to finally get here. I called Fords "Over The Air Team" and discussed the lack of updates. The lady there looked up my truck info and said that she couldn't do anything about my truck, and that I would have to take it in to the dealer. She said that since no more updates were happening, that in itself showed that there was a failure. She said that she could see that Ford was not sending me any more updates. I mentioned to her that the BlueCruise program is set to expire, and she gave me a case number and put a note in my file.

I took my truck in to the Ford dealer prior to the vacation for an oil change and discussed the Blue Cruise. The earliest appointment I could get for the Blue Cruise is at the end of November. They had no info, other than they would take a look.

All systems on my truck work nearly flawlessly, but no updates. My "update now" buttons are not grayed out, just no updates.

I've been following this thread for over a year, and know that many of the dealers have problems with the updates, sometimes bricking the system, days/weeks/months in the shop etc. I'm leery of my truck coming back worse than it is know. On the other hand, I do want BlueCruise, cameras in motion etc, and the future updates.

I followed Addabob and Rugedraw and others through their trials and tribulations.

I'd love to hear from those of you that went through this with the dealer.......successful or not, and thoughts on whether I should go the dealer route, or get the license and the mongoose to do it myself which I'm not too excited about. (It's also likely that If I do it myself, I will have to pay the $600 subscription cost.) Does it seem that the dealers are finally getting caught up with the information needed to do these updates? I don't see as much in this thread about people not getting their BlueCruise anymore, so maybe I'm the last one that doesn't have it?
If I go the dealer route, I know I'll have to deal with them on the cost of the program.

Any thought would be appreciated.
Thank you.

Your truck has Sync version 22177, so I don't think you are stuck. I can't see that far back into your history to see if 2.8.1 was sent to you after you got 2.7.4, but if you got the two small patches (which I see you did), then I see no indication that your truck is stuck. Your problem seems to be that the OTA gods don't like you. Because your truck is not stuck on an old Sync version and you are getting some OTAs, the dealers should not have an issue updating your truck. Once Jesse got me past the 2.7.3 update that my truck was stuck in, I did the rest of the updates myself and I had zero experience with FDRS. It was time consuming, but easy. Since your truck is not broken, I don't see why an experienced Ford tech would have an issue with your truck.

If you decide to do it yourself, the license you need is only $50. It is the Mongoose ODBII tool that will set you back $550 unless you can find one used on eBay or here in the forums.

Thanks Rugedraw.
The lady at the "over the air team' seemed to indicate that she could see that the mother ship was no longer sending me any OTA's, and that was a problem.
I really appreciate you looking at this and your input.

Every time I called that so-called team, I knew more about the updates than they did. You just got updates a few weeks ago. Just not the updates you need.
