Question for you the expert, after receiving 2.8.1 I have a collision fault warning, an APIM trouble code and have no cruise, lane keep / centering at all. In your valued opinion do you think these updates could possibly correct any of this? I haven’t had time to give the truck up to a dealer yet.

No, don't see any full-screen stretch button in Carplay or AA like I thought would be in this update.

Ok thanks. Yea there has been some IPMA changes made to the IPMA, wasn’t enabling cameras in motion but I know I changed something. My truck also wouldn’t update so had the IPMA reprogrammed by the dealer prior to the OTA. I’ll set stuff back to stock and try clearing codes and see what happens. I’ll keep you updated. Thanks for your help. Could you please either post your donation link or message it me please.

Wait, I made some changes to the APIM but don’t think the IPMA. Gone for the weekend, have to check when I get home tomorrow evening but I’m pretty confident I haven’t made any IPMA changes but will check.

Yeah, just revert any changes you think you did to apim or ipma, clear the codes and see if Cruise is working again. If so, then you can try to put those changes back 1 by 1 and verify Cruise is working after each change and if not then you should be able to spot the culprit change that caused it.

Use to be you could allow the truck, when using adaptive cruise, to slow down to zero. When traffic started moving, so did the truck.

Now you have to press resume before it moves off again. I'm ok with this. Just a small thing, but proves you are paying attention.
My truck has done that since it was new in July 2021. Just depends how long it was stopped, more that about 10 seconds and you have to hit the resume button.
