You can also reset everything manually by disconnecting the vehicle battery / batteries (if you have a PowerBoost).
I don't have FORscan or access to it. I no longer work in a Ford store, but I still have access to FMC dealer software, so I am able to check my OTA dashboard myself. I have tried doing the reset where you hold the power/seek forward button. Am I understanding correctly when you say I can disconnect my battery and essentially that would reset everything in the same way that FORscan would? How long should I leave the battery disconnected for to ensure a full reset? Also, do you think a generic OBDII bluetooth scanner would work to clear DTC's whenever I see the OTA is going to try to go through again?

My OTA dashboard says the update failed all three times, yet when I go into my touchscreen, my truck says it's running on 2.7.3. As you can see in my history below, I had no IPC DTCs any of those days. On the 20th and the 23rd, my truck reported low voltage DTC's which I know can cause the update to fail. However, when I click "update status" to see why the update failed, it says "ecuId:1824utcTime:1655842108". I think my truck is stuck in a loop trying to install an update onto itself that it already has because Ford's OTA servers think the initial update failed. It still states the OTA retry is pending, and there is no campaign expiration date. It hasn't tried to install the update again since 6/21, but when it does, I think the same thing is going to happen.

The good news is, on 6/9, it also sent a TRM module update via OTA. While my dashboard says that update also failed, I did take out my boat Sunday and I got no annoying messages on my dash while driving, so I am guessing the TRM update also went through successfully.

You said "yet when I go into my touchscreen, my truck says it's running on 2.7.3". Can you please tell me where in the touchscreen you can find this information? I have looked everywhere but I am only able to find my Sync4 version but I cannot find the powerup version anywhere.

That I can certainly see being the case and would make sense.

System Settings, Updates, Update Details. I just realized that my "check for updates" button is grayed out. Great. lol

I know that when you check yours, it may just say "system is up to date". Mine used to say that before I started getting OTA's back in May. I don't know why some say it is up to date and others say what software you're running.

21 Lariat 502a here. Anyone notice any issues after getting power-up 2.7.3 and “Customer Satisfaction Program 21B37”??? My puddle lights don’t come on at all anymore. Turned off/on welcome lighting and nothing changed. They do come on with the zone-lighting though… so they work and get power. Going to hook up FORScan tomorrow and have a peak around. Curious if anyone else noticed this?

Hey, I started this thread some 2365 posts ago. I had my Job1 '21 at the dealer today to get the 22B08 program update done. They called me this evening to say it is ready. Can someone check VIN 1FTFW1E84MFA54210 to check on the status?
Thanks

They performed a module update repair yesterday and got your APIM updated. Your truck still shows the following modules as having available updates that may now come as OTA (except PCM, DSP, & GSM):
ABS, DSP, CCM, DDM, GWM, GSM, IPMA, IPC, PDM, PSCM, PCM, SCCM, TRM

- Thank you for the quick response.

I have not received a single OTA in the past 8 months since I purchased the truck. I have updated all of the modules and tried all of the suggestions to include resetting APIM/TCU/GWM.
Is it time for the dealer to start investigating or live with it what I have since my truck is running great?
