Thanks again!
I don't see them doing anything as far as module programming goes since the APIM update on 8/10. All I see is they did in the past week is network scans, self tests and they pulled up a bunch of technical service bulletins, but that's it. They also pulled a wiring manual and some connector location documents, so it seems like they were working on the truck, but whatever they were doing had nothing to do with updating anything. The other thing is, I can't access the "Connected Vehicle Home" page that shows any DTC's your truck is logging. Is your Fordpass app connected and working?

The update for bluecruise maps is 22-pu0727-v1-fxb and/or 22-pu0727-v1-fxa. This 3.5.2 in unheard of until now. I've been following this thread and ones on other forums closely and I have yet to see anyone report getting these until now. 3.5.2 isn't even listen on the wiki for the ford updates.

It is now. They did a master reset and I had to reconnect it.

Ok, so the long list of DTC's you had is gone. It did throw one DTC today on your APIM that reads "private communication network" and your OTA dashboard says you have a trailer module update pending to install that will inhibit your truck for 8 minutes.

The ones that inhibit the vehicle have to be initiated manually.....unless you have auto-updates turned on.

There is speculation on another forum that this update will change how Bluecruise maps are updated will be on the fly while driving and will no longer need to happen as a major update while parked or overnight. Will keep my eyes peeled for anything different.

I took my truck in for service and to get the 21G01 (BlueCruise software). My truck kept failing the 2.8.1 update prior to me taking it in. I believe that my truck has been sitting at the dealer since I dropped it off last Wednesday. Service manager stated that the 'FRS system was down' when he called this am. Can someone check to see if they have done anything with the truck:

Thanks in advance,

They didn't touch your truck until today. They have tried to update your GWM several times, and it keeps failing due to low battery conditions. After that, they tried to reset the battery condition sensors so it relearns it values. After that, it says they tried to do the GWM update again, but it says "tool opened and closed with no results". It does not seem like they've made any progress, but at least they worked on it today.
