can you please tell me if Mines stuck?
I've had mine for almost a year and have never received an update that I'm aware of. I think I need to bring her in for all the recalls too!
Thanks!

FYI,
I think I found a consistent solution to this type of problem which seems to be more common lately. My theory is the GWM fails to establish a handshake with certain modules over the in-vehicle Ethernet after certain events. This fix will work on vehicles without the need to disconnect the battery or restore any as built parameters to default.
I have done this on three F150s including my own which has resolved random ethernet disconnected DTCs and / or no OTA data being reported through to PTS.
This might be a solution OR I just got randomly lucky with three trucks in a row.
Step 1 - This force reboots key problematic modules.
ForScan > Wrench tab >
reset TCU module (follow on screen guided steps)
reset APIM module (follow on screen guided steps)
reset GWM module (follow on screen guided steps)
Step 2
In Sync 4
Settings > General > Reset > Master Reset
(Yes, I understand a Sync Master Reset sucks)
Step 4
Re-authenticate Ford Pass and enable diagnostics sharing in the privacy settings.
Step 5
Perform a full vehicle shut down. Ignition off, step out side, close all doors, lock from outside with the fob, wait several minutes for everything to go to sleep.
Feel free to use the vehicle normally after leaving it off for a few minutes.
Step 6
Within 48 hours the next OTA will appear.
2.7.1 is an isolated GWM patch which I hope resolves this issue but there is no way to know.
We need somebody at the mothership to start adding some friggen useful release notes to these things.

Can someone check mine 1FTFW1ED5MFA85043. I took in to get updated and they said it failed and they can't figure it out.
You have no OTA data reporting, similar to what was posted above. Your TCU is online and I can see 6 DTCs so it is reporting to the system. If you have access to ForScan you should clear your historical DTCs and see if any stick. You seem to have many of them but Im sure your truck is fine apart from a few minor recalls.
I think you are good candidate for the steps you just quoted me on.
Picked up a Noco 5. Hopefully that will be enough trickle power to keep the power up process happy.
I have the Genius 5 and it worked fine for my Powerboost. It will keep the voltage within ±0.2VDC from whatever the testing battery voltage is in my experience. Since the hybrid battery helps maintain the 12V system, I think it's sufficient. If I didn't have a Powerboost, I'd go with the Genius10 or GeniusPRO25.

Thanks, I do not have forscan but can definitely look into it. I live in South GA and doubt the Ford dealerships here will figure this thing out for years. Honestly, most don't give two rips about updates. It pretty sorry to push features like OTA updates, bluecruise, pro assist parking (with stickers) at the time of sale and 1.5 years later literally none are working. Any advice on a newbie getting forscan and the modules to connect?
Hey guys. Happy to report that I got BlueCruise enabled yesterday via OTA update. I have a Job 1 2021 Lariat 502a. I thought it would be helpful to post my OTA timeline schedule so others can see how often they rolled in for me.
5/16/2022: 2.6.0
5/18/2022: 2.7.1
6/08/2022: 2.7.3
6/11/2022: 2.8.2
6/15/2022: 2.8.2 ... app said 2.8.2 again
6/21/2022: BC enabled
There were a couple other ones in there but my app has them all labeled now as 2.8.2 so I can't tell. But the above gives overall timeline of when I first got update to BC enabled.

Congrats! I got 2.8.1 Monday, and tested by covering the sensor with my thumb and it triggered the alert to watch the road. I hope to get 2.8.2 today or tomorrow.
Going on week 3 now for them to fix my auto update issue. They are waiting for the new APIM to come in so they can install it. Hopefully when it comes in they can fix it.

Hope you hear something soon! I had to have mine replaced October of 2021, but they didn't actually get it until February. I was definitely glad it finally came in, the wait is a killer.
