Software Updates
Nothing pending OTA is all I can tell you. I believe you can check with FDRS what modules need updating. I don't have it so I don't know how to do it, but livinitup posts them up for people all the time.
Livnitup I haven had anything since 3 /22, would you be so kind to see what if anything I need. 1FTFW1E8XMKE97842

Could someone please run my VIN 1FTFW1E89MFB00484 my dealer emailed me and said they tried performing TSB 22-2150 and it failed 5 times today but I’m not sure I buy that.

If I had to fault them for anything, and hopefully it wasn't the cause of the other failure, is when they tried to do the APIM update earlier the system told them about six times that the battery state of charge was below the required level. To be fair, it was at 73% and it requires 80%. They had it retry reading the battery about six times as noted then eventually just told it to proceed anyway.
I know it sucks to walk and get a battery tender and all that, but I see this happen with a lot of these updates when people post VINs, and I start to wonder how often it's the cause of programming failures. It doesn't have to be that the battery is dead, but maybe some of the other updates just silently fail out and don't ask to verify battery level.
That's just a wild conspiracy theory though, don't want anyone going after their service department saying someone said it's because the battery level was low. In this case I don't entirely fault the tech for skipping it on a 73% out of 80% battery level. They do more of these than any of us so I am sure they know what they are doing.
