I had my truck in the Dealership yesterday for a bad battery and they replaced it and said they did the Recall for the Trailer problem and a update. Can someone check my VIN number 1FTFW1E57MFB32033 in FDRS and see what I need or if any updates I still need. I still don't have Blue Cruise.

I take that as good news. I'm a job1 Lariat at 2.7.1 and if I get OTA to BlueCruise by end of June I'll be happy. If that's true that sounds good to me. 30 days to go.

 

What is blue cruise?

Yup. FDRS shows the same. Doesn't look like anyone connected to your truck yesterday at all. You have quite a few updates left to do. That's about 6-10 hours worth of time to get them installed.

I know I could do web-search research on this, but would someone knowledgeable here please explain how the Professional Technician Service (PTS) and Forscan complement one another on such reports as the above? And, conversely, what's their overlap/redundancy and the advantages of using one vs. the other? Thanks!
