New here with the Fords. I have a 2017 4x4 Sport 3.5L EB, max tow with the 6.5 bed and I measured last night from the the concrete to bottom of fender. Fronts are 37" rear is 40 1/2", so 3.5" difference. I have 2" spacers and 1.5" spacers and just wondering what would be your option to use. I do tow and haul feed to my hunting ranch.

I don't have Max Tow, other than that our trucks are the same. I had a 3" rake from the factory, way too much I thought. If I had the choice, I'd use the 2".
Are there factory options to get a truck with a level kit installed?
This may be a dumb question and it may have been addressed somewhere, but I haven't been able to find it. Do some trucks come from the factory leveled or is that something the dealer is doing? When I bought my truck, at the local Ford Dealer, I noticed that some of the trucks (including the one I bought) were slightly higher in the front. Is that just the 7050# suspension or is that a part of some package? The reason I ask is that I am beginning to look at tire options, and trying to estimate what will fit comfortably. Not the best angle, but it sits pretty level Other than the wheels, its pretty much stock.
Mine is a 7050# as well, SCab. It sure looks like your front is higher than mine was. Dealer do anything to it? There is no "factory" lift AFAIK.
Here's mine the day I picked it up.
Could be the difference in the longer wheel base either having more rake or at least the perception.

My goal was to keep my tires as close to stock weight as I could which limited my tire sizes. I was worried the 275/60 would look too small but after the wheel spacers I'm ok with the current look.
I like the look of your truck! I just bought a 2019 F150 4x4 5.0 Lariat Screw in Platinum white and the same chrome 20" wheels. I can't tell for sure but yours looks like it is Platinum white too? Plans are Fox 2.0 leveling kit on it's way, I already replaced the running boards with a set of Raptor's running boards, the biggest BFG All Terrain that will fit with crash bars removed, replacing chrome skull aps with textured black, and Rousch Super Charger.
stock rear block, rancho quicklift level and rear shocks, and 275/65/20 Cooper AT3 XLT's. No issues at all and within 1/4" of being perfectly level. If we end up with a travel trailer next summer i'll put a larger rear block in...love it now tho
2" leveling kit on my '18. Truck is parked slightly uphill so you can't tell that it sits a tad lower in the front. I almost went with the 2.5" but I'd rather not run the risk of riding higher in the front. Tires are 295/60/20 Nitto Ridge Grapplers with zero rubbing
What bed camper shell is that? I am looking to get this same setup, and curious what your the total height for the camper shell (without roof rack) is from wheel hub center? What size tire are you running? Can you also measure from ground to height of shell against the cab and at the tailgate, pretty please
Bilstein 6112's up front @ top position ( 2")
Bilstein 5100's in the rear

Totally different truck now, ride & handling much improved, but the biggest surprise for me is even with the level, canopy, larger & heavier rims and tires its actually snappier than when the truck was totally stock.
That is a Slick set up.....I am looking to set mine up the same. I have never had a camper shell, but my 4yr old son is now in a Wheelchair, so I need covered space.
What Camper Shell is that? Can you take a couple measurements for me? What is the height from the ground to the top of the shell at the cab and tailgate...and what is it from the rear wheel hub centerline to the top of the shell.
