Just did a 2 inch level Kit on my 2019 Ford F-150 XLT Sport. I stayed with 2 inches instead of going higher that may cause some issues on ball joints.

Default Leveled with Bilstein 5100’s

Just got this leveled on Friday. 5100’s on the 2nd from the highest setting. I still wanted a little bit of rake, but it looks pretty level to me. 2019 Platinum 157” wb.

Don't know why, but I ran into the same issue. Put the 5100's on the 1.75" setting and it dead leveled the truck. I had to swap the rear block for a 2.5" block to put a bit of rake back in the truck. No idea why the 1.75" setting lifted the front so much on mine, but looks to have done the same on yours.

I actually measured this afternoon and it still has a 1.5” rake. The original rake was about 3.25” so I guess it’s about where it should be. My truck is a Max Tow model so I don’t know if that makes a difference on the original rake.
Rides great though. I was concerned it would be rougher, but I don’t notice it.

Picture must be deceiving! Mine was only .25" different when measured to the center of the wheel wells front and rear after the level. With the 2.5" spacer mine is now at 1.5" difference front and rear. Also have Max Tow. Here's after I installed the taller rear block...

^ How high does your rear sit with the 2.5 block from the ground to the fenderwell? Looks good.

They are in my signature...275/75-20's. Makes them 34" tall. In theory, if I had the factory tires, my truck would be about 38" front and 39.5" rear.
