Finally done - 275/65/20 Duratracs, Bilstein 5100 in the front and rear, fronts at the second highest setting (1.5" or 1.75", whatever it actually is).

Well done, looks good! Looks more leveled than mine with 2 1/4" level. I swear, these trucks are all different, I've still got 1" of rake.

Indeed, when I took measurements before the Bilsteins were installed, the front was only about 2-1/8" lower than the back, which is why I did not want to go to the top setting on the Bilsteins. I have done a reasonable amount of real work with this truck, so whether that has settled the rear suspension over the last three years, I do not know. Thanks for the kind words.

2018 Lariat 4x4
Halo Lifts Boss coil overs
Icon UCAs
Rear Bilstein 5100s
Stock 1.25 inch rear block
275/60r20 Goodyear UltraTerrains
1.5 inch Coyote wheel spacers

My goal was to keep my tires as close to stock weight as I could which limited my tire sizes. I was worried the 275/60 would look too small but after the wheel spacers I'm ok with the current look.

Readylift 2.25, Nitto Ridge grapplers 35/11.5/20

Rough Country 4" with the stock 20's - Ridge grapplers 35/11.5/20
Do you have a picture from the front/off to the side from the front? Trying to decide the exact tire size I want with my stock wheels and haven’t really seen a 35x11.5. Great looking setup btw.

2" leveling kit on my '18. Truck is parked slightly uphill so you can't tell that it sits a tad lower in the front. I almost went with the 2.5" but I'd rather not run the risk of riding higher in the front. Tires are 295/60/20 Nitto Ridge Grapplers with zero rubbing

Stock blocks in the back? How do you compare the ride to stock? Exact setup ? have been contemplating on my screw 157"

I just installed the 6112 on 2018 EB, it's set to #4 which is 1.5in on the instruction manual from bilstein but I took the measurement after and it came out to be more 1.75in.

Yup, stock blocks. The overall ride is smoother than stock. Wish I would have done it sooner.

Once it rubbed the rear crash bar on one side with the truck pointing downhill at full lock in reverse, the passenger side rear crash bar actually looks to be ahead a little farther than the drivers side. I did have to trim maybe 1/8 off the inside of my mudflaps also (Ford OEM), takes 2 seconds with a dremel and you cant even notice it. Wheels are +18 offset. Overall I'm happy with the setup. Ill post some more pics.
