I have that exact rattle on my front driver side. I have been all over it and just had my brakes replaced and it is still there so I guess I need to crawl back under there and see whats going on. I hadnt thought to check the brakes until you said that White.

I just had the calipers off for the shaft/hub swap, and am 99% sure I torqued everything down, but will double check. The "while-driving" sound seems like more than that, but who knows?

Yeah, it never hurts to check the easiest/cheapest options first! Sometimes it's the little things that are overlooked and can drive you nuts

Sounds exactly like a caliper bolt, as mentioned earlier. The big bolts, for the caliper anchor plate. Those bolts either have to be replaced or cleaned and re coated with the correct thread locker. Unfortunately, most use the wrong locker. You need to use the good stuff from Henkle (Loctite) or Bradley (Ford supplier). Thread locker for bolts that size will be in Gel or Paste form. The really good stuff, the best is the pre-applied that chemically reacts once torqued. WorthaSnot lockers will always be anaerobic and labeled that way.

Just don't use Permatex and call it good...not for those bolts lol.

Henkle makes some damn fine products. We use just as much of the Henkle products as we do 3M at work. Both are favorites of mine.

I swear there's a Loc-Tite for everything.

Same here, 567 is a favorite. You can use that stuff on and for just about anything, nothing gets past that stuff and it doesn't solidify. It's purpose is thread sealing dissimilars, stainless and such. For high pressure fluid and gas.

There's a kind of new locker line, has all the correct innards. Giving this one a try, the pump action is nice lol -

It's quick and clean. Less waste, less cleanup vs my Loctite Quickstix applications. Iduno, I just started using the Vibra-TITE, it does apply very well.

My favorite part is that it says that it "Alleviates rust-lock".
