In the first heat 000 that got hurt is the Brother of a guy my Brother works with. He goes by Gumby. He's the guy that was in the TV series Kings of Crash. It appeared that he hurt his back when he got piled into the barrier, pulled his flag, and got hit again.
A mid-90's Lincoln Continental tore it up. He came in 2nd... but he dominated when it was running.
Good morning thinkers- dang, these pro demo-derby guys could be r/c pilots!
I thought we were the only ones who spent untold amounts of money and time just to end up crashing!!
The pro event people must pay out pretty good,- around here, you would go broke just to run in the county fairs. (Our fair board is a bunch of cheap skates!)
Fellers, keep your whistle wet and your powder dry! Have a great rest of the weekend.- and i will ttyl.
That's a fine looking Stang you've got there, Wolvee
Speaking of... I need to find some way to display these at the car show Thursday. Also got asked to put it in a show on Labor Day and park it next to my Buddy's Lincoln and his son's Fox Body.

When i had my Cobra2 in the car shows, i had a piece of stainless steel with the edges folded and painted the gold stripes on it, then mounted the info sheet (laminated) and the participation tags on it and then leaned it against the bumper.
Easy peasy and looked good too.
I wish my brother would get his rear in gear- id like to see that car on the road again!
I just have THIS mods list tucked into a document holder, but you have some nicer display items. What about a poster frame and some felt backing with your docs on top of it under plexiglass?
